Relying on its 1985 ruling in Bergland v. Harris, 767 F.2d 1551 (11th Cir. 1985), a case litigated on behalf of the Libertarian Party of Georgia by Senior Partner Walker Chandler, on January 6, 2014 the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in the case of:

The State of Georgia has ballot access barriers created by the Democrat Party in 1943 that are designed to cripple minor parties and prevent them from competing in local and congressional elections. Walker has represented various groups through the years in legal battles to end the Republican and Democrat stranglehold on power here in Georgia. In this case the Green and Constitution parties have won a minor victory and can continue their efforts to appear on Georgia’s ballots…
